It seems like once I get around 4.5 ghz, it'll pass prime and intel burn test without too many issues. But once I start gaming, the games crash almost everytime within 20 minutes or so. I've bumped the voltage alot higher than needed to see if that was the problem. but it will still crash. It won't blue screen, just this program is not responding. Any ideas? Could it be not enough power from the PSU to handle a 4.5 ghz along with sli? I run at 4.2 with no problems, so I can't really imaging the the +0.3 would cause a PSU problem...

Anybody?

What do you mean "without too many issues"? You shouldn't have ANY issues to claim stability. What are your temps?

The games crashing while 4.4 and over are the only signs of instability, I always assumed it was a problem with V Core being to low, but it still crashes when I bump it up. Prime 95 has no issues.

Temps are about ~80ish max in prime on 4.5.

Yes,but lower that Vcore. Down to where you were stable with 4.4, test, and then up it a bit. No,scratch that. Maybe a memory issue. What is your RAM speed?

I got it stable at 1.28 in prime 95 and intel burn test, but my games still crashed (And chrome crashed alot more too). I brought it all the up gradually to 1.35 to see if the vcore was the issue and it never solved the crashing issue. Like I said, it wasn't blue screening or anything, just "This program has stopped responding". That's why I thought that maybe the PSU can't handle my 2 660s plus the 4.5 overclock, but I can't really imagine that a 4.2 overclock and a 4.5 overclock would be that much different where it can handle 4.2 and not 4.5...

This is the psu I have: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001EYV690/ref=oh_details_o07_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Unless you run a triple SLI setup, the PSU is fine. How does your system perform at stock? Any crashes during gaming?

Check your ram voltages and timings. That'll cause "stopped responding" errors without crashes.

No, at 4.2 and lower no problems at all.

I have this ram: http://www.amazon.com/Patriot-Division-Channel-240-Pin-PXQ316G1866ELQK/dp/B0066135BI

I have it at 1.5v at 1800mhz, i've dropped it down to 1600 for a test to see if that was the problem and the same results happened. I'm not sure why that would cause problems at 4.5 and no problems with 4.2?

What code do the BSOD's give?
Check the Event Viewer for the problem... This might give some helpful info. But honestly,I think that you must Clear Cmos and try again from the last successful overclock.

No BSOD, just these:

After about 5 to 20 minutes after starting.
