Just sign in and sync all. Open Google Chrome somewhere else, sing in there, and watch everything get synced over. Then, your brother should have all faith for you to delete and wipe over Chrome. thumb.gif

Well Google Chrome has been giving my brother really slow browsing and would sometimes freeze up for up to 60 seconds, also iTunes has errors and won't launch at all now. Will my brother lose all his iTunes songs list if uninstalled and re-installed? He is really concerned about losing everything purchased on iTunes!

Chrome is faster than ever after re-installing it! smile.gif

Nope. I have moved iTunes several times. Give me a second to write up a quick guide to help with this.

When you do this, try the whole thing and put the library on another computer before deleting the orignal one, just to make sure everything works.

1. Install the latest version of itunes. Keep the installer file.
First, fix the UI. Click the drop down thingy in the top left, and click Show Menu bars. Now the menu bars exist as god intended.
2. Edit > Preferences
3. Click advanced.

These three steps autimatically organize all media in your itunes library, and also make a copy of all future media you drag and drop into iTunes. Whenever something is added to your library, it is actually in the library and you can delete the original file.
4. Select "Keep iTunes Media folder oraganized", if not selected.
5. Select "Copy files to iTunes Media folder when adding to library.
6. Hit okay.

7. Back in the main window, click File > Library > Organize Library.
8. In the new box, click "Consolidate files", and if it allows you to, "Reorganize files in folder". It might not let you select the second option. These two options will bring all files currently in your library into the "iTunes" folder in your music folder.

Now, everything should be in your "Music" folder. Just copy and paste all of the "iTunes" folder.

When you want to reinstall, install itunes, but when it completes, tell it not to launch the program. When the short cut is on your desktop, hold shift and double click. Keep holding shift. It should bring up a prompt to choose or create a new itunes library. Hit Choose library, and then navigate to your iTunes folder. You have to navigate into it, and then click the file that says "iTunes Library.itl". This should bring up everything. However, you will have to resign into iTunes store.

Huh, I already uninstalled iTunes and don't plan on installing it until I find out what is causing these message boxes indicating "Unresponsive Pages", kill or wait? I used CCleaner after uninstalling Chrome and iTunes, installed Chrome and still get "Unresponsive Pages", kill or wait. I'm operating in Safe Mode With Networking and so far no issues about "Unresponsive Pages".
