I reset the CMOS and things seem to be back to normal...phew! I haven't OCed it again...right now I'm just glad it isn't dead. I guess my chip just needs a little too much juice for the clock speeds I wanted so I'll just have to be happy with 4.2 GHz.

Awesome! Glad to hear its working again. 4.2GHz is not only a very safe OC for your CPU...its more than what you need for any games that are out right now. Bullet dodged.

Glad to hear it! smile.gif

1.5V is really to much unless you on WC or at least Propane, so just keep that in mind guys. Heck my old Q6600 took 1.725V for a 5GHZ run and still ran fine after, but that's a the Old Tough 65nm CPU's lol
