A replacement motherboard and CPU for my lowish-power server

My server's motherboard died and I thought it simple to upgrade but I'm having trouble finding something suitable.

Current motherboard, VIA CN1300G (VIA C7 @ 1.3GHz) runs Ubuntu Server, two 3.5" HDDs in RAID 1 and is mainly used for file serving, media streaming, and web hosting. It has been good and plenty powerful but two improvements are important:
  • At least 4 SATA ports
  • Capable of running at least one VM smoothly (Ubuntu client on Ubuntu host)

Low noise and low power at idle is fairly important, currently it runs off a 120W picoPSU and draws about 30W with disks spinning but I also have an Antec 350W PSU in the case. MicroATX or Mini-ITX, any brand CPU, new RAM likely, but the cheaper the better. Need to be able to connect a keyboard and monitor (console only) in case of problems.

Help appreciated!

There are other more expensive but more powerful options like these

Yes, thanks! I don't know why I discounted the AMD Fusions but it's right on budget.

The new Celeron G1610 and G1620 can be had for $50 and $60 respectively. They would be low power for you (55watt), and if you got a $100 or so motherboard with decent overclocking, you could underclock it to bring the power down even more. I have a 1620 I'm very happy with.

AMD still might be better for you, but thought I'd mention the new IB Celerons since they hit Newegg like last week.
