Question regarding 8350 overclocking

Hi everyone! New to the forum and I had a question about my new gaming build. I'm planning on overclocking my FX 8350 and I was curious to know if the 4+1 phase power in my motherboard would be alright/safe. If I were able to reach a stable 4.5Ghz, that would be ok for now. I just ordered the board and I'm starting to wonder if I made a good decision or not.

Specs:
CPU - FX-8350/Watercooled
Motherboard - Biostar TA970XE
Graphics - PNY GTX 670
Ram - 8GB Gskill 1866Mhz
Power - Corsair 650w

T-Series (TA970XE/TA990FXE) are the best mobo that biostar makes.

No Problem anything.
I have a Biostar TA990FXE and planning on a DICE run in the near future with it. I'm hoping to blow it up. biggrin.gif

If I wanted to go up to 4.7-4.8GHz, you think I'd have any problems with vdroop? Whats a DICE run?

4.7-4.8ghz you should need about 1.488v under a load. DICE run is extreme cooling and ocing with Dry Ice, so like -70c.

EDIT
Your CPU Voltage should be like this in the bios.
1) OVER VOLTAGE +0.300v on CPU voltage
2) AMD P-state 1.25v on CPU voltage
This should give you 1.488v under load.
