If you find a PSU which meets that requirement, you're pretty safe on ignoring other things including the PSU Wattage specified. Obviously brand matters in terms of quality, though.

I double checked that NZXT and it actually looks fine since it has more than enough amps on the 12v rail to power everything. I'm not sure about the size (Don't know how to convert inch to mm lol), but it looks small to fit the prodigy.

Thks I was loking some videos and I realice that they dont put 3 HDDs they wont fit with the 690 is that correct?

That depends on how you want to "organize your case".

With a 690, you do need to remove the upper HDD cage bay, which leaves to 2 slots for HDD. But you can put the 3rd HDD above the other 2 (not "locked" but it's a clear empty space). You don't exactly need a bay if you can find another way to strap the HDD on it (ask for more explanation if you don't understand), then that'l do.

Also, I forgot to mention something. Get a SSD! that Gigabyte mobo can fit 4 SATA and since you're not getting an optical drive, you might as well snatch one since it's too good to be missed. I can't imagine gaming with a 690 but without a SSD haha. SSD is thinner, therefore you can also strap that to the case wall or something. Port wise, plug that to the 6 gbps interface, and the rest of the 3 hdd's to the left over interface.

With that Gigabyte board, it's voltage locked. So no extreme OC'ing. So nothing over about 4.3ghz if your lucky. The Asrock is the best in terms of value for money and the Asus is just amazing, gives most ATX boards a run for their money.
