3770k Overclock Heat issues with H100i? - Page 3

I've never really liked the pre-applied thermal compound they've provided. I personally have seen 5-6*c drops using Arctic Silver (once cured) and additional 3-4*c using Shin Etsu. I've never used MX-2 but read great reviews.

Im a newb to it all. I just found the 4 new fans I bought ages back for the h100 radiator. I only have 2 in a push config at the moment will the 4 newies help in pushpull dramatically?

I'm using the EK - TIM Indigo Xtreme and max temp on cores yesterday was 58degress at 4GHz on 1.1V manual. I'm not on the machine before tonight, but I can post a screenshot if you would like proof.
(Keep in mind that mine is P/P config, and have 4x 140mm (Akasa Apache) fans + 1x 120mm (Noctua), in a small cabinet (Fractal Design Arc Mini))

I've got a similar mobo extreme 6 asrock and 3770k your voltage is a tad excessive your running 1.25 volts. As other people have suggested drop it down a bit. I'm at 45x100 and my voltage is 1.206 at 42 I was using 1.15 volts this would drop your temps by about 8-10 degrees. Try llc level 3 or 4. Also pll over voltage is set at 1.83 on auto I dropped this down to 1.6 but at 42x100 you probably won't need to touch this. Just a suggestion. Just make sure you have the latest bios update they seem to be able to run less voltage and more stable than later versions.
