I've ordered 2 200 mm fan for my case, I'm setting my Nvidia back to factory settings for now. I'll try overclocking it an other time.
Just for info what is a good safe overclock for the msi gtx 580 twiin frozr ii?

Make sure you assemble the proper airflow in your case. Amount or size of fans makes absolutely no difference if your case's airflow isn't right.

What I have is:

One 200m outtake fan at the top, one 120mm outtake fan at the rear, one 200mm intake at the front, and one 200mm intake at the side. That's usually the best setup for proper airflow.

I have the NZXT phantom case. Current setup is:
Front and side (small fan) intake.
Rear and top (one 200 mm fan) as exaust.

Going to add a two 200 mm fan. On on the side as an intake and a second one at the top as an exaust
What do you think?
