Titans are available for consumers now. Also I don't think you could run 3 680 4 GB with a 690 as a spare.
Titans also are going to be getting a water block soon. HERE

Maybe run Titan sli with ek blocks?
That would work good...not sure how you would be able to power the two smaller mmonitors though. :/
