How To RMA NZXT Kraken X60? - Newegg

Thread Starter
I have the NZXT Phantom Full Tower case and upon connecting the NZXT Kraken x60 to the CPU, and trying to attatch the radiator top the case i realized that it is not compatible but I know that Newegg offers an RMA service for a incompatible parts but the catch here is that it's on now slightly used wish I believe is fine but I also do not have exactly everything that was in the original packaging so I'm not exactly sure how to handle that or if it's still able to be RMA'd, so that's why I'm here trying to figure out if they will RMA after everything in the original packaging contents is not 100 percent of available most things are intact(fully fumctioal ad practically new) and I can put it into the box and ship it back I'm just wondering if they will take it and deem it as acceptable

___NEWEGG.

Thanks!

You could contact them and see, but their RMA process states that you must include the original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

If all else fails you could try to sell it to get your money back.

You could also contact NZXT to see if theyve got any tips for mounting it in your case.

I'd actually try to get it mounted. Are you comfortable with a little modding?
