getting 3930k stable to 4.6ghz

hello
i overclocked my cpu to 4.6 ghz and my system keeps freezing while i am listening to music or surfing the net...

I just tried a 4.6GHZ OC using the Asrock preset.

All i got done was a wprime 1024M run, then it bluescreened a few seconds after finishing the run.

Yet 4.4Ghz preset is solid (with LLC at level 4 for peace of mind). It's also cooled by a H100i.
