Ok got an update, I let it run for a while with the pump on 12v and it did eventually reach 25psi and sprung 3 leaks at three different times. But I put it back down to 5v and its running great and quieter and the fluid is flowing much clearer and without air, I guess it just needed to be primed well and get all the air out to run good at 5v. But its all good now running cooler and installing windows 7 now! Out of the three leaks only one leak was dangerous and it leaked some on the graphics card and mobo, but I caught it quick and cleaned it up and its all good now thumb.gif

Epicness! biggrin.gif

Hey btw, will you add any kind of support or structure for the bottle res? I think it would look better if it were more sturdily fixed to the case somehow, cause it's tilting floating around there.

Yea this is just a temporary setup, I will check my build periodicity for proper operation to avoid the ever so dreaded finishing and having problems lol! It is hanging there but it is held firmly by the rubber grommet I put up top for it. Once I finish installing everything it will be great! I have a custom bracket for it already. I am gonna install the lighting and the plexi before installing its mount, also I wana get the fittings and finish drilling the holes in it for the fittings before I put it in as well.....

Had a few BSOD's but I think it was a windows default driver because so far it has not happened again, I though it was the 4gb of 2000MHZ DDR3 that I took out because it did not match the 16 gb 1866 kit in timing but it did a BSOD once ofter that. I guess we will se, hopefully the drivers fixed the problem. And this is a interesting windows rating lol, it should be 7.9 all across lol! thinking.gif

Doing great no more BSOD's and I ran Future mark 3d(no score because not connected to the internet) and it maxed out the cpu, when I checked the temps right after it closed it had only gotten up to 38 degrees celcious lol. and had dropped to 37 before I could grab my camera and snap a photo lol. This is to all those haters of using a modded Corsair H100i as a block lol. Im impressed! wheee.gif

1 suggestion man.. take your time lol. The mounting position for the radiator at the psu cover can't work... you'll end up blocking tubing or having to reroute your tubes from the bottom radiator around the back of the mobo tray which looks like will be hard considering all the components that need to be wired in this rig. I laughed because I seen the 2 radiator in a v on top of the housing fan shroud lol. GL, brother

I'm still hooked on the epicness of a Bacardi bottle being used in a PC. So much win.
