Since i changed out my h60 and put in my tx3 evo so should i just put some better fans on it

Yeah, I would save up and get something else. You will get lower temps with the NH-14, but what's the point of spending so much money to cool a $100 processor.

well i changed the fans on my h60 and it help a little bit i changed to these corsair sp120

and i read somewhere that u can change the fans on the thermaltake frio

It's a bit of a toss up between the Phanteks PH-TC14PE, Noctua NH-D14, and Thermalright Silver Arrow. I went with the phanteks, myself, because it had better aesthetics in my opinion.

The Phanteks is definately the best allaround cooler you could get. My favourite would be the Thrmalright Archon X2 though, since it's almost on par and it's much thinner.
