Thanks the main thing I wanted to do was basically have them show red at the top and they do, with the plexi on the motherboard you caint see more than the tops of the ram anyways....

WOW that is a LOT of red.

you know you can use a pink highlighter on that ram/other accents and throw a black light in there to get so really sweet "glowing" highlights?

That sounds cool but I plan to put light under the mobo cover. It will create a glow from the edges and around the ram processor etc...

how thick is the coat of paint on your ram? if you did more than dust it, which it looks like you did, it will cut its usefulness down considerably.

Its relatively thin just enough not to have the black show threw, also I only sprayed a small line on the top and a line on each side about 1/4" wide. I actually trimmed the edges of the paint because it bleed threw the tape also alot of that was tape residue. I could have done a much better job, but its not a big deal because the ram is mostly only view able from the top because of the motherboard cover. Also Im not over clocking the RAM either because it will be underclocked from stock due to the processor only supporting 1333Mhz without OC. The most I will get the RAM up to is 1600Mhz which is its stock speed. The Ram could run fine without a heatsink at all honestly, But the fans will have a affect on its temp too which is good. Overall where I had to trim the paint is not noticeable unless looking closely at it so im happy with the results.... smile.gif
