Lol its all good, Im actually planning to put another coat on and bake it lol, there is a small decrease in cooling efficiently but its not alot. Also as far as cooling it is above what is needed for this build, I dont plan to OC it alot and it is being used with a H50 pump so its not going to move alot of water anyhow lol. But the temp will be great because I added a RES which usually has great results on the H series coolers. Also the RAD is from a Corsair H100i cooler and its ID is a little bigger than 1/4" ID and does great in my flow tests. Compared to the 120mm RAD thats stock with the H50 its a Upgrade. biggrin.gif

i wouldnt put any more on the fins. the paint will hold the heat in acting as insulation. theres a reason they put such light coats on radiators.
just my 2 cents.

I agree, I hadent really planed on spraying the fins again and there is only about 1 coat on them, but Im painting the outside with another coat because It has a few imperfections and scratches on the first coat. Also something I have done before if I fell the RAD isant performing is you can tape the metal off on the RAD and flus the fins with paint thinner to remove some. But overall I haven't had any problems.... thumb.gif
