Bringing PC Back to life... Help wanted/needed

sup guys... Just like the title im trying to get back in to teh pc gaming world.. I was on a single core for a very long time now and just recently got a dual core 4200+ 939....i know everyone must be laughing at this point biggrin.gif... but and running a 7900 gto video card but soon to upgrade.... Asus a8n32-SLI mobo... ive been out of the pc world for sometime know but its my field of study... i cant do much with what i have but i still have a decent rig for what im trying to do.... i could really use some help overclocking my cpu... iforgot how to make sure all the voltages are right without damaging my cpu or mobo....if there is a thread somone can point me to the right direction it would be appreciated
