You proved it yourself, if you can't even max D3 (I'm assuming diablo 3 which is hardly gpu intensive) @ 1080p w/ AA and shadows OFF - then it's clearly not maxing games
PM me if you want to discuss further, as we are going off topic again
As far as the ocaholic benchmarks, I don't believe them at all. You are telling me in Skyrim (http://www.ocaholic.ch/xoops/html/modules/smartsection/item.php?itemid=955&page=5
) One 680 pulls a hair over 100fps, two 680's in SLI pulls about 130fps... and then ONE TITAN pulls 215fps? And that's at 1080p, where the 680's aren't really that bandwidth limited... My bull meter went off the charts
Before you decide to put words in my mouth you might want to read my original comment once more. Not once did I mention "max out." Just in case you still want to maintain your elitist attitude here are some examples :
LoL : Maxxed @ 1080p w/ 100 fps
SC2 : Maxxed @ 1080p w/ 75+ fps
Skyrim : Everything maxxed with AA off @ 1080p and I hold 50 fps
Crysis 2 beta and pre-DX11 patch : Very High without AA @ 1080p held 60 fps
(Crysis 2 after the DX11 patch crashes during loading screen regardless of settings. Yes, I have tried virtually every combination of graphics settings and multiple installs.)
Two GTX460's overclocked can handle ANY game on the market at 1080p very well, take note again I said VERY WELL not MAX EVERYTHING. Combine them with a SB or IB i7 and they will do even better. I have run FRAPS while playing SC2 and LoL while still holding 60fps minimum. Oh and my 460's are running at an 870mhz core. Think twice next time you attempt to call someone out. There are plenty of members on here with 460's that could easily prove you wrong.
OT : Looking forward to see some real official benchies of the Titan!!!!! Tired of all the speculation and rumors, I want hard numbers! Waiting very impatiently.
