i wouldn't go for it if i were you. Too expensive than the 7950, with comparable performance at stock 7950. Also, voltage locked whereas 7950 if overclocked can trade blows with an 7970.

I couldn't get a 7950 for around $400? maybe 400 excluding tax?
(this is me trying to justify my 3am impulse purchase)
