CPU-Z / Block / Bus

To the next problem, Cpu-Z and other programs show the 1.0GHz clock is less than the bios. Speed step spread spectrum also turned off. Power options off. Core temp shows, but it is also wrong, my motherboard has no way to leave the BCLK at 100.01.
Windows 8 Pro

4.8GHz CPu is in the bios. But under Windows shows different. Picture running Prime95.

Can we get the screen shots from your bios. I think you just need to plug in a thumb drive and hit the screen capture button while in the bios.

Did you set the overclock to manual or xmp? I know it is silly but you can't select XMP it has to be set to manual.

Try an older or different version of CPU-Z.
Have you tried putting the BCLK back to Auto?
I see nothing wrong. The BCLK is set for 100 in BIOS and you get 98.6 in windows, its just a variation, some boards go slightly over and some slightly under.

A newer version of CPU-Z still shows as before.

I have no option to leave on auto.

Before the CPU-Z showed correctly.

My motherboard is deteriorating?

Can you try installing and running HWiNFO64 to see what bus speed it reports?

Have you tried clearing CMOS and resetting to defaults?
