PowerColor PCS 7950 Voltage Locked?

hey guys so ncix has the 7950 PCS for 259.99 after 30 MIR, and was going ot upgrade from my PCS+ 5850 ... really liked the PCS+ 5850 with very silent, great performance (only it was voltage locked D:) is the PCS 7950 voltage locked? thanks! also this is a great deal right? biggrin.gif

i don't think the PCS+ HD 7950 boost state is voltage locked. also it comes with a boost bios and 950 mhz boost clocks. higher stock voltage of around 1.25v. should easily hit 1100 - 1150 mhz at stock voltage.the cooler on that card is quite good. its an amazing deal. not to forget the 2 games you get free - crysis 3 and bioshock infinite . worth atleast usd 120. go for it thumb.gif
