i´d take a cheaper intel cpu i5 / i7 with quad and 6mb cache, if you not like OCing.

why dont you like to OC? afraid of destroying some parts?!
Afraid of destroying parts :/

Gonna check that out

You should overclock man, you wont damage it believe me unless you overvolt to max straight away, there are rules to follow to prevent any damage. read up on the overclocking forums, or in google. , also regardless if you OC or not, the intel build will still give higher benchmarks and fps in games.

one ghz is an easy OC on the newer AMD/Intel cpu´s if you choose the right one. just take care to take a good cooler with 120mm fan(s) for around 50$ and you are set for OCing.
