Right now after a couple of prime tests and linx i am getting 74C max and i am really using low voltage is that normal?because i am thinking of resitting the h100 and applying another thermal paste...my fans are running on 100%.

Help will be appreciated thanks.

It looks fine to me, a 4.6ghz overclock isn't anything crazy for an unlocked ivy i5. My 2500k runs at 4.5ghz with no problems, my voltage goes a little higher, but I am on a slightly older architecture

That doesn't seem crazy to me, maybe spread the thermal paste again and the temps will drop. I mean, if you were on the stock cooler, your temps would probably be 10 degrees higher or more
