Powerful Silent Gaming Cube

...that is what comes to mind seeing the Prodigy Case

I think Bitfenix did a good start, but there are - as always^^ - some points for improvement
(I don't have the needed skills nor funds to do this myself just ideas^^)

Gaming Aspects:

- Z77 Chipset (ITX) -> check
- Powerful GPU (up to GTX690) -> check
- Quality Sound... kind of check (USB)

Ergonomics (Silence)

- Watercooling possible but improvement needed (imho)

- Remove all Drive Cages + 5,25 Bay
- Front: Phobya Xtreme 200 +200/230 fan as exhaust)
- Bottom: (maybe partial under the front rad) 2x120 Silverstone AP (side-by-side) as intake
- Top: Swiftech H220 AIO as exhaust (off-center to left (gfx-side) line up rad fittings to 200 rad
- Back: Silverstone 120 AP as near as possible to PCI-E Slot
and slim slot-in DVD/Blu-Ray (vertical)...just to have a drive if need be^^ (could also be orientated to the top, but the 'handle' must be considered (and dust)

Silverstones AP's focus flow should be sufficent to support both rads with cool air
no need for reservoir+separate pump (because of H220) -> less tubing, space needed -> better internal airflow

The only con I can think of is the heated air from PSU could be sucked up by AP in the back, may have to mount PSU 90° or make an air duct for PSU exhaust

If someone is inspired... I would love to see such a Build smile.gif

No one starts with the building skills necessary to put together their rig, and alot of people have to save money to be able to build their computers. There are some amazing builds posted in the bit fenix prodigy owners club thread, have a look at that.

Yes there are amazing builds, some are like 'total conversions'; I like those

It's always like two voices are whispering...
one goes like:

- only minimal work/change would lead to good results...

and the other one:

-... yes, but do it like that (much more work/change involved) would lead to perfection!

Another example is an Obsidan 800... could do the easy way.. 320 rad up top, fat 240 in the base...
'Perfect' would be 480 (or even 560) in the top and another one of those in the base (PSU 90° rotated)

maybe some time in the future I'll start a project *dreams on* smile.gif
