How do I set up QoS in Tomato properly?

Hi, after owning Asus Rt-n16 for about a couple of months now I never used the QoS setting. Well now that my dad is back he is using the computer as well now and all he does is stream his TV shows. This takes up a lot of bandwidth and makes my latency extremely high, thus I can't do anything on the internet because he is hogging up every single bandwidth. How do I fix this? I heard this router is very good for tomato but I don't know whats so good about it. How do I set up QoS properly?

I have looked through the internet trying to figure out but there is not much easy information for setting it up. I play a lot of games so I can't have myself lagging. Thanks!

Well I won't be much help but I ended up finding some settings on Tomato on DSLReports.
