Hey guys, so I just bought the Asus ux21e, and Im loving it, super fast, light, and sexy. But I am noticing that's Its getting pretty hot when I'm rocking L4D2, like 80+ with speedfan. Anything anybody can recommend I can do to keep It cooler? And no, not gaming on an ultrabook Is not an option, I need SOMETHING to do during class.

Replace the TIM, but this requires opening the case and voiding the warranty.

Try playing at a lower setting?

Super N00B question, but that's TIM? and I'm not worried about the warranty, I work at the pace I bought the laptop.

Thermal grease/TIM/Thermal paste/etc. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thermal_grease

So basically, Bizzare is suggesting you open the back of your laptop and replace the thermal paste sitting on top of the CPU.

Wow can't believe I didn't know that. Well thanks man. I'll probably do that then. I already tried replacing the ssd but that that didn't work. So hopefully this will work out better
