Yeah I am agreeing with you. I don't get the frustratioin on these forums. These current cards are still good unless you want Max GFX 16XAA at 1600Px3 60fps

I like the idea of the Titan. I'd love to be able to get the performance of my quadfire in two cards. The same costs wouldn't bother me but the tech isn't there yet, or is it?

Are we sure this TITAN is only single core and not 2?

The green team is taking the single GPU crown in the next few days...

The question is...

Are there enough Titans for buyers? Or will it end up just like the 590s' and 6990s' supply issue?

Tom's Hardware was very close to not including either dual GPUs as their recommended buy because of the supply issue, until both of them completely dried up.

EDIT: I want to see someone attempt a quad Titan build.

Well the rumor is 10 000 units at launch. If it's like 590s and 6990s the people who really want to buy them will be able to buy them. I bought a 590 and had no problems with doing so.

I agree with Majin, will most likely be at least a few (5-7) mont6hs before anything is launched by nvidia. AMD most certainly has info from inside Green base and would be ready for a release if they deemed it necessary for competition. 8xxx series is still on 28 nm so much less potential for lithography yield issues. Besides didnt we hear about them taping out the new cards months ago?
