damn thats gonna be hard for nvidia, considering a titan isn't alot faster than a 680 in the first place....780 10 percent less at half the price and when overclocked no difference...gonna piss alot of people off.

Maybe this is the reason Nvidia is pushing the 7XX series back to Q4?

Not an NVIDIA sympathizer, but keep in mind that better drivers are probably on the way. Just look at how much better the 7970 is now than it was at launch.

How much better though? At the end of the day Titan is still a Kepler card. GCN was completely new when the 7970 released.

For some reason, both are doing the same thing.

AMD: "Hey look, Nivida isn't going to release anything new until Q4"

Nivida: "Hey look, AMD isn't going to release anything new until Q4"

You get the idea...

I predict the same thing is gonna happen like the 9800 gtx era.

Where nvidia released the 9800 gtx at $500 then amd released the 4850 at $200 that beat the crap out of the 9800gtx.

Next day 9800gtx price got cut in half.

Any notice that the Asus & EVGA GTX 690's went up £40?

Wow that would suck if this is the reason. It makes sense though since AMD can still say "hey look at this great value!"
