3570k + VT-x = Prime95 fail

Thread Starter
So i have intel 3570k and it keeps failing in prime95 after a few minutes, cpu is running stock voltage/freq. But the catch is, it only fails if VT-x feature is enabled in bios, otherwise its rock stable (tested in prime95 24h) as it should be.

I'm using p8z77-v mobo with latest bios (1805).

Could this be a defective cpu or just a simple bios bug ?

I believe it's recommended to turn off virtualization features when overclocking, but you're not doing so. Do you need this feature turned on?

Yes i need this feature for virtualbox, as it speeds things up. It's really wierd, becouse all settings are stock, so it should work.
Maybe its a bios bug (its disabled by default) ?

Gonna try downgrading to older bios ..
