Yea there are a few, I think SRWare Iron was one of the more popular ones, but you can always use Chromium and tweak as you want IIRC.
SRWs claim to fame is you're not in the Google tracking ecosystem (user ID is randomized or something), but there was dispute over how effective it really was.

SRWare Iron, Torch Browser, Coolnovo (formerly ChromePlus), Comodo Dragon, etc.

Basically SRWare Iron is scam, Torch has modifications for torrents and multimedia, Comodo Dragon's focus is security and Coolnovo adds additional features. However if you're asking for a x64 Chrome build, currently doesn't exist. My best recommendation of the four is probably Coolnovo but it does have some bugs.
