Gets very good reviews, keep it OP. use Molex connectors to get your 2nd 6pin/6+8pin connector. 430w will handle it fine.

but in reality this computer won't hit 200w at max load, so i could care less if its only a 300w, its $27 and its 80plus bronze, with corsairs name and warranty coming with it.

ok guys lets play a little game, I spent $0.00 on the computer, just listened to what a freind told me to do, remind you that i cant run exe files, the computer now has no viruses, and runs like magic. what did it do?
EDIT: i can also barely hear the Hdd during use, and its cool (temp)

well a backup or preowned copy of windows xp/7 could fix the viruses, could be free, and isnt an exe. it would also mean (since you already compressed and backed up the hdd) that you formated the hdd which would again help in the virus removal and its running cool. you also could have installed a preowned fan to aid in cooling.

is what you did software or hardware/os related. also you said "what did it do" do you mean "what did i do?"

I formatted the HDD and put windows 7 on, didnt work, i just erased it and put windows 8 on it, booted straight up and works like its brand new, barely noticable noise, and it stays cool. thanks for the help everyone
