[TheSSDreview] KingFast Unknowingly Send Counterfeit SSD With Fake Memory For Review - Page 2

This has been happening for a long while and I'm happy that someone in the media is finally catching on.

I bought an OCZ agility 3 (sata 3) that is extremely slow for a Solid State Drive:

proof:

There was no one I could contact and no way to get a refund.

Tried everything from re-installing the OS to disabling and enabling TRIM, disabling page file, enabling and disabling write caching, etc.

It's not a fast SSD, because it's speeds are misleadingly taken from compressed data.

dispite using rubbish NAND chip its still a SSD with extremely low seek time and probly still pretty fast and most likely as fast as the previous generation sata2 SSDs.

i wouldnt mind some if they are extremely cheap ie atlest half of current GB/$ cost and fully functioning with advertised capacity

Doesn't KingFast do any internal quality testing on their own product? At a minimum they should have noticed their drives were under-performing and started investigating.

^This.

Sounds like this is pretty sad no matter how you look at it.
