Which 970 motherboard for AMD FX-6300

I'm looking to upgrade to Win 8 (from win 7) in the near future.
So going to upgrade the CPU (FX-6300), Memory (2X4GB) and motherboard before Win 8 upgrade.
Already have Corsair DDR3 2X4GB 2133 memory.
Going to use single ATI 6870 graphics card and Essence STX sound card and Antec 750W.
Now just need to figure out which 970FX motherboard to get?
(wanted to stay under $100, if possible, might do very light overclocking)
My local Frys sells Gigabyte, MSI and Asus 970 motherboards, but there are other local stores (like Central Computer, etc)
Have no problem mail ordering from Newegg, if i can't find locally.
Would rather buy (CPU & MB) from Frys.
So, can anyone recommend any 970 boards?

Nowa days 4+1 isnt that bad, just a while back a saw a motherboard with a 4+1 handle a 8350 @ 4.8GHz fine. That happen to be the ASRock Extreme4.

Which version of the AsRock Extreme 4?
The Biostar T- Series (TA970XE & TA990FXE) are great mobos and they're 4+1 power phase.
