EDIT SHP HAWK, you live in Puyallup? I work at the John L Scott on main street on the way to Sumner & I live in North Tacoma. Small world...lol.

Oh Yeah, They are good I've probably made 8 or 10 orders from them to with nary a problem....But they do have ringer prices on certain items you gotta watch.....A lot of them are like that though.....

responding to a pm from ira-k

SHP_HAWK: It is possible to monitor the the temperature of your case and I have a very nice solution for you, but probably out of your price range.

AquaComputer is a German manufacturer that offers specialty water cooling products. So far there is only one US distributor that offers these imported products, tending to raise the price of what is offered.

AquaComputer manufactures an item called the Aquaero:

http://www.sharkacomputers.com/aqcoaqwhonbl.html

This little puppy handles up to 6 different temperature probes and can monitor and control 4 fans with up to 10A on each line.

Not only this, but it has a TON of more features.

Using the software, you could make fans automatically increase their speed when the temperature of a location rises above a certain set point.

My plan is to have the loud Delta fans on my heatercore run at a low speed to stay quiet when I am not gaming. When I game or stress test, the temperature of my water will increase, this thermal sensor will detect the temperature of my water in my reservoir, and the aquaero will automatically raise the speed of my fans to counteract teh temperature.

If you really wanted to make the best use of it, you could really spend a lot of money and get a whole AquaComputer loop setup, it'd be very nice.

I've got this Aquaero:

http://www.sharkacomputers.com/aqcoaqr3wvfd.html

with the black face plate, and I am overly joyed with it.

Good luck!

If you need any more help, I am subscribed.

RES....That T-Take res is restrictive no good try one of these or a T-Line..Danger Den :: Reservoirs :: Bay Style Reservoirs :: Danger Den Single 5 1/4" Bay Reservoir
CPU Block...fstfrddy here on the Forum makes the V-6 water block I would go with it for a maxed out loop.............Stinger WB

Rad....This is one of the best right now.........Danger Den :: Radiators :: Black Ice Series :: GTX Xtreme Series :: Black Ice GTX240

Pump...Go with the Laing D5...It's not really that loud and you will need it.........Danger Den :: Pumps :: Danger Den DDC-12V

Tubing...Use this with 1/2" fittings, it flows about as well as 1/2" and is easier to route around in your case...........Danger Den :: Tubing :: Tubing and Clamps :: 7/16" ID (5/8" OD) Masterkleer General Purpose Clear PVC Tubing

Rad- Box ...To hang your rad on the back of your case.......Swiftech MCB-120 Black 120mm Radbox Kit

Clamps...Automotive worm clamps are good just don't over tighten them..

Fluid....I use Fluid XP there are probably better and cheaper I just like it...It also comes in other colors...EDIT: You beat me atomic...........Fluid XP EXT Extreme Non-Conductive Coolant - UV Midnight Blue 32oz.
What else is there to add...that is perfect.

Thread Starter
The Aquaero looks pretty slick. A little too much for me. I don't like fan controllers. They just seem to clutter up the inside of my tower. I buy quiet fans, and just let them run full blast. I do like the Alphacool LCD's they are dope. I was actually thinking of getting 4 Vantec Vortexs, because the have a digital temp readout on the front. I was also thinking about a coolermaster Musketeer. The front of my Tower is going to look like something you would see at NASA. I can put all kinds of info on the LCD. I can't wait. Did I ever outline the system specs for you guys. This is all from NEWEGG. excuse all of the extra info.
