the cooling will be better on GTX 660 Ti with the antec h620 and a 120mm case fan blowing air onto the memory and vrm chips. you could check out power difference with stock cooler and antec h620 . its a bit of work but might be worth it. definitely lower temps will allow you to overclock better if you have got a good overclocker chip. noise will be lower too. if you want to save money by selling the antec h620 thats fine. good luck with whatever you choose to do.

I was under the impression from a few reviews I glanced at that temps really dont limit oc potential. Seems like all chips max out around 1170 core and 6.6ghz mem. If you had a link though showing some improvements under water id love to see it, its actually been really hard to find accurate reviews because they seem to vary a lot depending on when they were released and how the testing was performed. Id put the 620 on it if I could get another 50+ on the core, but I don't think that's likely.

check the nvidia GPU mod club. you can ask users if they see better OC potential. lower temps allow better OC as long as you get a good overclocker.
