That's a terrible temp for stock, try removing the HSF cleaning off the old Thermal crap with alcohol and reaplying some AS5 and making sure it's properly seated. Then repost. You should try to stay under 55c to keep from straining your cpu.

An overclocked Conroe should not be taken higher than 55c. A stock Conroe should not go over 60c.

Take your Vcore off AUTO, you can set it at 1.2v to start with for overclocking and you shouldn't have to adjust Vcore for a while. My 6700 is running at 305FSB with 1.18-1.19 Vcore. (Can't go higher because of this stupid Zalman at the moment)

Use TAT to get your max load temps. It's more accurate.
