Yeah right angled barbs or compressions and tubing works very well. Right angled compressions and acrylic tubing is the best looking, but it's hard to do.

While right angle fittings would look best (IMO), extenders would be needed to have the angled fittings at the same height due to how much taller the RAM blocks would be compared to the motherboard and CPU water blocks.
