It's about the same size as the D14 and only has one fan, which is 140mm and very quiet.

See, it's quieter than the Phanteks TC14PE:

You could go with the Plextor M5S for the SSD, it's slightly less performing but you'll never notice the difference.

I recommend the Logitech G400, it's a great mouse and much cheaper.

Asus ROG motherboard are overpriced... go with the Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H, it has the same features as the Asus and even better VRM's:

Anti-static wrist isn't needed as long as you don't work on ESD-sensitive place like carpet or IDK, just touch the metal of the case before beginning and you'll be fine. thumb.gif
You are sabotaging me dude. tongue.gif

The M5S is a nice drive, the 840 Pro is the best on the market though, I do agree it's not much of a difference in experience, and yeah it does save some money.

The G 400 from Logitech is a decent entry level mouse, however the Level 10M is the best on the market in my opinion. Now, I'm not a gamer, but I do like to play with gear and test it, and I find the Level 10M to be an excellent product, it has clean, simple and elegant lines and a very nice, solid feel to it.

The ROG boards aren't overprices, they're simply the best on the market (the best BIOS also), and to my understanding this is a premium build (we're talking about two 7970s here), the UD3H has no place there. Personally I'd only consider a ROG board for such a build, it does render the DX pretty redundant as well (which is good considering how populated the board would be with the two VGAs in there).

Concretely it's of no difference.

Honestly, if you're not a mouse nerd the G400 is great mate.

Man, please quote one thing that's better on the ROG board - and the BIOS argument isn't legit, I mean sure the ROG BIOS is better but the Gigabyte one, althrough being not as good as it works just fine.
Personally, I wouldn't pay a $156 price premium for a slightly improved BIOS. thumb.gif

You already did.... the BIOS. wink.gif.. that's one thing. A second one would be the VRM, a third one would be the far superior memory OC potential, a 4th one would be the on board sound, etc smile.gif

The onboard sound isn't better (see below).

As for VRM's and OC, I suggest you to read this:
http://www.overclock.net/t/1252290/z77x-ud3h-review-and-oc-testing-circuit-analysis-ln2-runs-efficiency-comparison/0_20

Read the Overclocking section and the Conclusion, everything is said. thumb.gif

- Also, while you're at it take a look at the BIOS pics it's not too bad. wink.gif

It's not redundant - SupremeFX III aka the nice marketing gimmick. It's just an ALC892 with shielding.
Quote:
Audio is managed by the good old Realtek ALC892 8-channel audio codec that falls within the SupremeFX III Sound - Audio That Takes SNR To The 110dB threshold thanks to new shielding.

Source: http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/asus_maximus_v_gene_motherboard_review,2.html

You'll find this info on sparse forums too.

I wouldn't say the the Z77X-UD3H has inferior audio:
Quote:
Seems like it performs well. It is only slightly worse than ALC898, however still is very good, much better than ALC889 and especially ALC892.

OK thank you everyone.

Here is the build again:

http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=wish_lists&wlcId=134673&action=wish_lists

I chose the red Ducky keyboard because it matches with my Mobo, RAM.

I am not sure what the difference is between the (Cherry Blue) and (Cherry Black)?

http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=113_1361&products_id=21033 << (Cherry Blue)

http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=113_1361&products_id=21034 << (Cherry Black)

Sorry adridu you have been great help but I am going for high end gaming PC so I want to go with the high end parts, so i'm with Original Sin.
