Are there any Korean monitors with 10 bit panels? - Page 2

They are all 8 bit

If you don't own a colorimeter and/or won't be using the display on a professional level then there is no point in worrying about the number of bits, especially when choosing from such low end displays.

What would you consider a better display? I currently run 23" Dell IPS. My wife does plenty of graphic design on what she has now and it is her living, but she doesn't have a $1000 monitor either and it doesn't seem to merit the cost between any of the designers I know. We all either have Dell or Apple displays.

Better for what? Need a budget other wise there isn't any point in suggesting anything.

It was a simple original post. I am fully aware there are 10 bit panels that exist, but any I know of are over $5,000. Other panels that are sub $1,000 and claim over 16.7 million colors or being 10 bit are often not true 10 bit panels and use different tricks to goad people into buying them with false ad claims.

But, with the more recent Korean monitors that have prices 40% or better less than say a Dell 27" IPS, I wondered if there were any versions that were true 10 bit that also might be far less. That was the goal here.
