Thread Starter
Hi guys

So far i bought:

Corsair Carbide 500r
Corsair TX650M 650W
Corsair Vengeance 8GB
Thermalright True Spirit 140
LG GH24NS95 24x

Few things left to buy and finish my build:
SSD - Samsung 120GB 840 Series Basic SSD
HDD - Seagate 500Gb 3.5" Barracuda
CPU - Intel Core i7 3770K
GPU - Gigabyte HD 7970 Windforce

Im really confused about the motherboard cause many ppl saying MSI Z77A-G43/MSI Z77A-GD55 some other ASRock Z77 Extreme 4, Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H and i don't really know which one should I choose frown.gif The main purpose is going to be gaming and some multitasking and OC in future.

Links to motherboards:
MSI Z77A-G43
ASRock Z77 Extreme 4
Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H
MSI Z77A-GD55

Thanks in advance and sorry for grammar tongue.gif

All these mobos seems to be very similar,i would recommend you going the asrock or gigabyte. They are good mobos for the price but not for extreme Oc.

GD55 or D3H.

G43 has terrible VRM, and Extreme4 uses crappy mosfets and has voltage reporting problem.

UD3H can easily handle extreme OC, it is a surprising little board, and it is something the stupid reviewers missed, they are really dumb, because they see voltage read points, buttons, and post code, and don't realize that the board can do 7ghz.

Asrock Z77 Extreme4 is a decent board Gigabyte UD3H its not bad either but the D3H has some issues with ram overclocking (samsung ram), MSI is pretty bad overall only the Mpower and even so i would go with asrock
post #10 of 17
UD3H shouldn't have any problems with Samsung RAM by now. You probably aren't familiar with Extreme4's use of outdated D-PAK mosfets, and voltage bug on ASRock Z77 boards either. Your Pro3 has better mosfets.
