Sorry to interrupt the anticipation with a newb question, but there seem to be a lot of knowledgeable people here.

I would like to be able to do three monitor 2d surround gaming 5760x1200, and water cool the GPU(s). Two 4gb GTX 670s plus water blocks is around $1100, and an EVGA 690 hydro copper is $1200.

Are either of those the best way to go, or does the new Titan fit in there somewhere based on what people are assuming so far?
