If power consumption is anywhere near 480/580s and assuming an OC'ed SB-E, I'd say quality 1kW or 1.2k is recommended. Minimum would be a quality 900W PSU, but I don't know how far you'll be able to OC on that...

Titan has more bandwidth so I'd go with that over 670s or a 690. In any case check out the reviews tomorrow.
