It would still be the fastest gpu. Nobody has a problem with there being a premium on the fastest card, and the jury is still out, but if you're really gaining 10fps in Crysis 3, over a card that has been on the market for a year, and for $500 premium? Eh...

So says the guy with a z68 board that still retails at $350, and likely far more than that what he bought it.

Jumping the gun there don't you think? Basing a whole argument on a 1920x1200 slide of unknown reliability and source is silly.

Yes. Pointless to argue about it at this point. Anyways, what is more interesting is all of the features. Precision 4.0 has me more hyped about Titan than ever. Kepler Throttle is irrelevant (99C), I can adjust the voltage up to 1.212v with the stock slider but there's an Overvoltage button, meaning that more is possible, the Power Target goes up to a whopping 200%... It all just seems to hint at an awesome card for overclockers.

The crysis 3 slide is official nvidia slide (confirmed)... titan is a stinker and that usually happens when you over hype stuff (Remember Bulldozer?)

10fps for 600 quid extra is a big joke

Keep in mind that guy on Xtremesystems saying guys were popping the VRM's on Titans. I wouldn't personally be too cavalier about just maxing voltages on a $1k card...

Guys.

GTX 660, 50% the price, 75% of the GTX 680's performance.

GTX 680, 50% the price, 75% of Geforce Titan's performance.

I'm pretty sure many of you chose the 680 over the 660, and will choose the Titan of the 680.

It was a hypothetical question which I think has merit considering you'll buy the fastest card bar none.

MIcrocenter combo deals are a wonderful thing, it was actually the same price to buy this board and a 2600k vs. a 2500k and p67.

It said they were popping it with "extreme" overclocking. Lord knows what that entails, especially on air.
