You can use EVGA PrecisionX or MSI afterburner without problems. I was unaware that ASUS GPU tweak was causing instabilities.
The difference with PrecisionX is that you have to enter an offset for the GPU clock, so instead of inputting 1200MHz you would enter 116MHz (116MHz over the stock setting as shown on your screenshot).
As someone already said you should monitor what your clocks actually are, you can set up an on screen display with any of these overclocking programs to show what your clocks are at.
Don't worry about hurting your GPU, these Kepler cards have so many safeguards built in its almost impossible to do any damage.

Ohh Oks good to know that I can't harm this card, So may you help me with the Second program " EVGA PrecisionX " which stats and how should I put them right and where, I will be really thankful if you can Write it here or take some Capture , Never used this software. And after I will put the Stats can you guide me what should I do next like some "stress test" or something like that to check my correct Mhz on the GPU? And which software is the best to do that?

where to enter offsets is pretty easy.
be sure to click adjust voltage. when it opens its pop-up, slide it all the way up. and click apply.
click the little gears at the top of the main box. that will open the options. click the monitoring tab to open the on screen stuffs. now, everything you want displayed, put a check beside it and click, show in on screen display. it will say osd if it will show.
double click the little monitoring box on the main prec-x window. it will change the big box that says profiles into the graphing. double click the graphs and a big monitor graph will pop-up showing everything you check marked in the monitoring tab.
make sure you set a custom fan profile. you can see that tab also in the options tab.
its pretty simple to set-up when you look through the tabs and everything.

run heaven and see if youre stable.
good luck

Precision is what I use. Always remember, when you get a driver crash, when heaven stops working, press default in Precision before trying your next OC.

Restart/reboot when you get a driver crash. The driver needs to be'restarted'.
