Nothing wrong with Stock CPU & overclocked GPU, particularly given how GPU overclocking can often be easier & less risky than CPU overclocking. Afterall, you don't need motherboard VRMs to overclock a GPU, they're on the GPU itself.

MSI GPUs do not have a history of poor overclocking, unlike their AMD motherboards.
