I5 3570k 1 worker stop error prime95

Why am i getting 1 worker error with prime 95 if am not overclocking. I only get error while running small FFTss but not blend plus would this create lag while playing games?

I had the same problem on one motherboard I had from gigabyte and it was cause by the motherboard not sending the right power to the cpu I got it fixed by going in the bios and turning on hpc and that fixed it but if I even tried to change the multiplier on the cpu while hpc was enabled it wouldn't boot and go straight to bios

I just got my mobo replaced and works perfectly now

as long as you don't overclock though you will be fine if you enable hpc(as long as that work) hpc will force the motherboards bios to send the right voltage try it and reply back your results
