CPU: Phenom II X4 965 -$100
Case/PSU : APEVIA X-TROOPER - $50
GPU: Radeon HD 5770 - $65
MOBO: ECS A780LM-M2 - $45
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 4GB - $35

Uhh thats pushing it but sure. But I have never overclocked before.

A phenom?
a good cpu, but should be complimented by a good board. I dont think your budget would allow that

honestly i think it would be a better idea to get the athlon with the gigabye board (comes to about the same price since youll -30$ by ditching the phenom)

yep, also i will add that the mobo has its own integrated graphics chipset, so if by chance you wanted to get that whole setup minus the GPU, you could LATER add a GPU for better graphics performance.

the chipset on the mobo wont be good for gaming, but it will at least allow a screen for the time being.

just a thought

Ok so here it is:

CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 640 -$80
Case/PSU : APEVIA X-TROOPER - $50
GPU: Radeon HD 5770 - $65
MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 - $65
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 4GB - $35

Oh wait ok so one more question. What about the case that comes with the PSU. Will that be good?
