Would it work better too if i put a second fan on the cooler,on the other side of it instead of on the side panel? Would it help?If yes,by how much?

Damn,it looks so much cooler with blue led fan,not red.Darn it,why they don't give you the option to choose which one you want mad.gif Pretty neat cable management btw,it looks freaking amazing.I'm still really worried if my 550mm 8pin cable would be enought, let's hope it would because an extension cable would cost me 3 days on school with no money.Something i noticed just now - the case i got comes with usb 3.0 front positioned where the floppy is supposted to be.How do i connect it? I mean,is it by the big fat black cable usb 3.0 or i have to connect it in some of the usb ports on the back? Let's hope it's the first one!!!!
EDIT: It is the first one : Link to it in CM store . Lol,15 bucks for just 2 usb ports, that's expensive.
OFFTOPIC: I just got myself a new USB Flashdrive : ADATA Superior Series 16GB S102 USB 3.0 It has a pretty fast read speed of around 80-90mb/s and write of around 30-40mb/s - not bad, right?

You mean a Push and Pull config, you might benefit by about 1 - 3 celcius cooler maybe.

So that's what Push\Pull means, never really know that.I was finding it really strange for a configuration like that to be push-pull since both fans are with the same direction, they're both pushing air in the exhaust fan.I thought push/pull is something where fans have different directions biggrin.gif I guess everyday we learn new things. Thx for the clarification thumb.gif

I saw what mobo you have and you should have a USB 3.0 header next to the main 24 pin power cable to which that "fat black cable" plugs into - match it up before plugging it in with the cutout notch on the mobo header to the tab on that plug - you'll see if you take your time.

No, the first fan pushes air in and the rear pushes air outwards.

Here I exhaustively tested intake / exhaust for the side fan. In short, my conclusion was that it depends entirely on your chassis. For me, a side intake was way better, however it is a pretty unique chassis and the fan was positioned very low. I speculate if that side fan mount is up higher, an exhaust would be helpful.

Another thing to consider is if you want a rear exhaust or not. There have been some tests done that show with tower-style coolers that push air backwards, the rear fan is not always helpful. As for push/pull setup, it makes a very small difference. If you have a top fan as you do, I speculate that push/pull would probably not help since your current setup will allow the top fan to pull more of the hot air off of the CPU, as opposed to go straight past it to the rear exhaust.

The one thing it looks like we can agree to here is the big front intake tongue.gif
Experiment and see what you find out!
