I know there some aesthetic side due to the "RED THEMED" Build of the System, but is this good enough to Game at mostly MAXed out?

What jumps out at me is you are getting a socket fm2 board and cpu, yet also buying a gpu. Definitely switch to am3+ and grab a fx 6300 or the lower quad core variant vishera. You will be better off and also be able to use steamroller cpus when they come out for some future proof upgrading.

oh sorry didnt see u wanting mini itx. maybe u can go micro atx?

Yes Sir. Just a Mini ITX one just for general purpose LAN Party/Gaming Rig. I can't seem to fin A Mini ITX AM3+ yet and if there's any i will surely go for that rig.. any upcoming mobo for that mITX FM3+ yet?? thanks..

I can't seem to find a itx mobo am3+ either, leads me to believe they don't make any. On the other not I have no idea on FM3 mobos.

Maybe switch 7870 for 7870 Le Tahiti
Similar performance to 7950 and cheaper than regular 7870s.
1536 streams procs vs 1280 on 7870
