Well I could tell you exactly what to do, but what would be the fun in that. I would spend paragraphs explaining how, when with a bit of effort on your part you could learn how to do it yourself.

i tried multiplier to 11 and clock speed to 270

Dont get too hasty, the man is trying to help you out the best he can.
Overclocking takes time, takes patience, these are skills you will need to learn yourself, with very little help.

Yeah that is WAY to high, try 240x11, that should be easy and should work. You have to start low and work your way up, but 240x11 works on about 75% of the 4200s.

So found a site that shows pictures of your BIOS, and that thing is bloody confusing.
