Its not very helpful, I was just looking at what all there was in your bios.

And it is horribly confusing.

At this point all you have to do is change the CPU/HT Reference Clock to 240, the multiplier to 11, and CPU PWN to 1.4v.

That should (about 90% sure) work just fine.

i tried that and my monnitor wouldnt go on when i turned my computer on

Did you change the voltage up to 1.4? Usually its best to inch up slowly......does the PC even power on?

Have you set your HT frequency to x4 (800) instead of x5 (1000), else you might be crossing the boards limit and that's why you are probably getting no screen. You have to reset your BIOS, look in your mainboard manual for the CMOS jumper and reset it.
